Ms. Michelle Martinez joined govIRG in 2021 and comes with an extensive background in Finance and Accounting with both small and large Government Contractors including L-3 Communications, CACI and L3Harris. With almost thirty years of government contracting experience, her areas of expertise include cost management, budgeting and financial forecasting, financial analysis, estimating and pricing, management reporting, contract management, cost planning and Earned Value (EV) management.
